First of all, thank you for your tremendous trust and for choosing Strong Nature products for your health. We want to inform you about the current challenges we are facing. Due to the high number of orders, our team is working at maximum capacity to prepare and dispatch your packages. Unfortunately, courier services are also overloaded, which leads to further delivery delays. Although we always strive to meet the 6 working day maximum delivery deadline, there is a possibility that during this period, we may not be able to fulfill that timeframe. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience until the situation stabilizes. Thank you for being with us all these years .

DELIVERY COST

The shipping fee is 300 dinars* across the entire territory of Serbia. Packages are sent via the City Express courier service.

*For orders over 2,000 dinars, shipping is free!

*The new delivery price will be effective from February 1, 2025, and will be 300 dinars.

*Delivery may be free for all order amounts during specific monthly promotions

**TIP: How to Avoid Paying for Delivery**

1. Stock up on your favorite products that you use regularly

2. Sometimes, it’s more cost-effective to add another product you need rather than pay the 300 RSD delivery fee. For example, if your order is just under 2,000 dinars, it’s always better to add 30 capsules of Activated Charcoal (420 rsd) or Vitamin C strip pack (120 tablets) for 390 RSD. If you are just under the minimum, consider adding 10 capsules of Activated Charcoal (170 RSD) or DeepSleep Melatonin formula, 10 capsules (205 RSD)

3. Order on behalf of multiple friends or family members from a single account.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery times may vary during holidays.

Delivery time is typically from 2 to 6 days. City Express does not deliver on weekends. - There are currently delays in deliveries; please be patient and understanding.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are usually shipped the next day. All orders received on Friday or during the weekend will be sent on Monday.

What if You Are Not at the Address During Delivery?

If you are not at the address, the courier service will attempt one more delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the sender.

If you anticipate not being at the address during delivery, you can redirect the package to a Parcel Shop. This can be done with the help of the notification message from the courier service. Read more about Parcel Shops HERE
