  • 1 mg of melatonin
  • 100 mg of dry extract of passionflower flower (Passiflora incarnata flos ext sicc), 10:1

 

Usage:

Adults: 1 capsule after a meal, before going to sleep.

For easier adjustment to frequent time zone changes, take 1 capsule before sleeping on the first day of travel and for several days after arriving at the destination.

 

Warnings:

 Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals who are hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients.

 Not recommended for simultaneous use with antidepressants, benzodiazepines, adrenergic agonists/antagonists, antipsychotics, or sedative antihistamines.

 Avoid consuming alcohol before, during, or after taking the product. This product may cause drowsiness, so it is not recommended to operate vehicles or machinery after taking it.

 Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Note: This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at a temperature up to 25°C, protected from light and moisture.

The melatonin levels in the blood vary throughout the day and peak at night. Melatonin is responsible for rest and healthy, quality sleep. It is crucial for regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin improves the quality of sleep necessary for optimal bodily function and positively affects the regulation of the day-night rhythm. It exhibits antioxidant properties, easily passes through the blood-brain barrier, and helps protect neurons from the harmful effects of free radicals. One of the reasons for poor-quality sleep and the inability to fall asleep is the lack of normal and expected melatonin secretion. The passionflower has a calming effect and has traditionally been used to ease symptoms of mental stress, nervousness, and insomnia. Modern scientific studies confirm the reasons for its use in traditional medicine and demonstrate the impact of passionflower on sleep quality, the reduction of time required to fall asleep, and its effect on sleep duration.
